Once you place an order with us, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Before your order is dispatched, we may contact you if there’s any issue with payment verification or product availability.


2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

We currently deliver nationwide within Kenya.
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Nairobi & major urban centres: 1–3 business days

  • Other towns & rural areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and can vary slightly due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays).


3. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivered to your doorstep by our certified courier partners

  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on location

Pay-On-Delivery (POD)

  • Available within Kenya

  • Pay via Mpesa or cash at the time of delivery

  • Shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A shipment confirmation email/SMS
A tracking number (if available)

Use this tracking number to follow your delivery’s progress and estimated arrival.


5. Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery, please ensure:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate

  • Your contact phone number is correct

  • Someone is available to receive the package

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.


6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier network issues

  • Public holidays & weather events

If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.


7. Shipping Restrictions

At the moment, we only ship within Kenya. International delivery is not available.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Please do not accept damaged parcels, or notify us immediately.

  2. Contact our support team with your order number and photos (if available).

  3. We will guide you through the claim or replacement process.
